Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the informational review website located at ragingbull-aussie.com ("Raging Bull", the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026.

The Site is an independent review and information resource only. It does not operate, own, manage, or control any online casino, including "Raging Bull" or any related brands. References to third-party casinos are for review and informational purposes only.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

  • "Site" means the website available at https://ragingbull-aussie.com and any subdomains, content, or services provided under the project name Raging Bull.
  • "Operator", "we", "us", "our" means the owner and operator of the Site, an offshore private entity associated with the review project for Raging Bull and related brands, acting solely as an informational publisher, not as a gambling service provider.
  • "User", "you", "your" means any natural person who accesses, browses, or otherwise uses the Site.
  • "Player" means a User who, after following external links or information found on the Site, chooses to open an account with, deposit to, or otherwise participate in gambling activities at a third-party online casino (including but not limited to any "Raging Bull" branded site).
  • "Third-Party Casino" means any online gambling or betting website or mobile application not owned or operated by us, including but not limited to: ragingbullslots.com, ragingbull2.com, ragingbull3.com, fastragingbull.com, and other mirror or related domains.
  • "Content" means all text, reviews, ratings, guides, articles, graphics, logos, images, tables, links, and any other material made available on or through the Site.
  • "Bet", "Wager" mean any stake or amount of money risked on an outcome of a game, event, or wager placed at a Third-Party Casino, and not on or through the Site. The Site itself does not accept or process bets.
  • "Bonus", "Promotion", "Offer" mean any incentive, bonus code, free spins, match offer, cashback, or other promotional mechanics displayed or described on the Site in relation to Third-Party Casinos. Such Bonuses are offered and administered solely by the respective Third-Party Casino, subject to its own terms.
  • "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means identity verification procedures (such as provision of identification documents, proof of address, or payment method ownership) required by a Third-Party Casino before allowing certain transactions.
  • "AU Law" means the laws in force in Australia, including (without limitation) the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth) ("IGA") and applicable state and territory consumer, privacy, and gambling harm minimisation laws.
  • "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means a country or territory where accessing offshore gambling services or certain gambling-related content is unlawful or restricted, including where the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) has issued blocking or enforcement actions against particular domains.

Account Registration

The Site does not provide User accounts for gambling and does not accept deposits or wagers. However, the following provisions apply to any optional user features on the Site (for example, newsletter sign-up, comments, or saved preferences) and explain the relationship between Site use and Third-Party Casino accounts.

Eligibility and Age Requirements

  • Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old, or older if your local law sets a higher age of majority for gambling-related content, to use the Site.
  • Jurisdictional responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing the Site and any Third-Party Casino mentioned on it is lawful in your jurisdiction. For Australian residents, you acknowledge that many offshore casinos, including "Raging Bull" brands, are subject to ACMA blocking and enforcement measures as illegal offshore gambling services.
  • Eligibility to gamble: Any decision to open an account with a Third-Party Casino is your own and must comply with that casino's eligibility rules (age, residency, legal capacity) and applicable AU Law.

Optional Site Account & User Information

  • Creation: If the Site offers an optional account (e.g., for newsletters, favourites, or comment posting), you may be required to provide a valid email address and create a password. You must ensure that all information you provide is true, accurate, and kept up to date.
  • Email verification: We may require you to verify your email address by following a link sent to you before activating certain features. Unverified accounts may be limited or deleted.
  • No gambling wallet: Any Site account is for content and communication purposes only. It is not a gambling account, wallet, or payment instrument, and cannot hold real-money balances or bets.

User Obligations and Security

  • Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Site login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.
  • Prohibited use: You must not:
    • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to promote illegal gambling services in Australia.
    • Misrepresent your identity, age, or jurisdiction.
    • Attempt to bypass ACMA blocking orders or other regulatory measures through unlawful means.
  • Notice of breach: You must promptly notify us at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach.

Third-Party Casino Accounts (KYC and Verification)

  • Independent relationship: Any account you create with a Third-Party Casino is governed exclusively by that casino's own terms and conditions, privacy policy, and KYC procedures. We are not a party to that contract.
  • KYC obligations: Third-Party Casinos may require you to submit identification documents, proof of address, and payment method ownership information before allowing deposits, withdrawals, or bonus use. You must read and understand their requirements before registering.
  • Data sharing: We do not collect or process KYC documents for Third-Party Casinos, and we do not have access to player accounts, balances, or transaction histories on any Raging Bull branded or related sites.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

The Site itself does not offer gambling or betting facilities and does not accept or settle any Bets. All betting or gameplay activities occur solely on Third-Party Casinos. The following provisions explain how our information relates to your activity with those external services.

Nature of Information Provided

  • Indicative only: All information about games, minimum/maximum bets, payout structures, and game rules is provided on an informational and indicative basis only. Actual rules and limits on a Third-Party Casino may differ and may change without prior notice to us.
  • Verification obligation: Before placing any Bet or engaging in gameplay on a Third-Party Casino, you must carefully review and accept that casino's own:
    • Game rules and instructions;
    • Betting limits and payout tables;
    • RTP (return to player) disclosures, where available;
    • Bonus game restrictions and jackpot terms.

Bet Placement, Modification and Cancellation (Third-Party Casinos)

  • Bet placement: All Bets are made directly with the Third-Party Casino. We do not have technical or legal capability to place, modify, or cancel Bets on your behalf.
  • Minimum/maximum bets: Minimum and maximum Bet levels are set by each Third-Party Casino per game or table and may vary by currency, player status, or promotion. You must check such limits in the relevant game interface.
  • Cancellation and modification: Once a Bet is placed on a Third-Party Casino, its cancellation or modification is governed exclusively by that casino's rules. In many cases:
    • Bets cannot be cancelled after confirmation; and
    • Technical errors may result in voiding or adjustment of Bets according to the casino's error-handling policy.
  • Disputes: Any dispute regarding Bet acceptance, settlement, or game outcome must be raised with the relevant Third-Party Casino in accordance with its dispute procedure.

Conduct in Live Casino, Chats and Social Features

  • Third-party environments: If you participate in live dealer games, chat rooms, forums, or social features offered by a Third-Party Casino, you must comply with that casino's rules of conduct.
  • Prohibited conduct: Without limitation, you must not:
    • Use racist, hateful, defamatory, obscene, or threatening language;
    • Harass, bully, or insult dealers, staff, or other players;
    • Promote illegal services, share personal data of others, or attempt to recruit players to unlicensed or higher-risk sites;
    • Attempt to collude with other players, engage in fraud, or exploit software bugs.
  • Site comments (if enabled): Where the Site permits comments or reviews:
    • We may moderate, edit, or remove any content that we consider unlawful, misleading, defamatory, promotional of illegal gambling to Australians, or otherwise inappropriate.
    • You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display your posted content on the Site.

Bonus Terms

The Site may publish information about bonuses, promotions, and offers made available by Third-Party Casinos (including Raging Bull branded sites). The Site does not itself grant or manage Bonuses. All such Bonuses are offered, controlled, and payable only by the relevant Third-Party Casino.

Bonus Activation and Eligibility

  • Marketing only: Bonus codes, welcome package details, free spins, and similar offers displayed on the Site are marketing descriptions, not binding offers from us.
  • Casino terms prevail: The applicable terms and conditions for any Bonus are those published on the Third-Party Casino at the time you claim the Bonus, including:
    • Minimum deposit requirements;
    • Eligibility criteria (e.g., new players only, country restrictions such as AU);
    • Maximum winnings and withdrawal caps;
    • Game eligibility and stake limits.
  • Availability subject to change: Bonuses may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn by the Third-Party Casino at any time. We are not responsible if a Bonus listed on the Site is no longer available or is presented differently on the external site.

Wagering Requirements and Timeframes

  • Turnover conditions: Bonuses usually require you to wager a specified multiple of the Bonus amount and/or deposit amount (e.g., 30x, 40x, or higher) before withdrawing associated winnings.
  • Time limits: Many Bonuses must be used and/or wagering completed within a specified period (e.g., 7 - 30 days). Failure to meet the timeframe can result in forfeiture of Bonus funds and associated winnings, according to the Third-Party Casino's rules.
  • Game weighting: Different game types may contribute differently towards wagering requirements (for example, slots may contribute 100%, while table games or video poker contribute a lower percentage or 0%). The exact weighting is determined by the Third-Party Casino.

Prohibited Games, Actions and Bonus Abuse

  • Game restrictions: Third-Party Casinos often exclude certain games, jackpots, or bet types from Bonus play. Playing prohibited games with Bonus funds can lead to confiscation of winnings.
  • Prohibited behaviours: Without limitation, Third-Party Casinos may treat the following as Bonus abuse:
    • Placing high-variance or very high bets using Bonus funds;
    • Using multiple accounts to claim a Bonus more than once;
    • Using VPNs or false registration data to circumvent geographic or ACMA-related restrictions;
    • Delaying game rounds, hoarding bonus features, or similar strategies.
  • Consequences: Bonus abuse can result in:
    • Cancellation of the Bonus and associated winnings;
    • Account closure by the Third-Party Casino;
    • Reporting to relevant authorities, where applicable.

Combining Promotions

  • Non-cumulative offers: Many Third-Party Casinos do not allow multiple active Bonuses on the same account at the same time, or restrict combining bonuses on a single deposit.
  • Priority of offers: Where multiple promotions appear available, you must confirm with the Third-Party Casino:
    • Which Bonus will be applied to your deposit;
    • Whether any previous Bonus or cashback will be cancelled or adjusted;
    • Whether use of a coupon code overrides other offers.
  • No responsibility for discrepancies: If there is any inconsistency between Bonus information on the Site and on the Third-Party Casino, the latter shall prevail. We are not liable for any loss arising from such discrepancies.

Payments & Withdrawals

The Site does not process payments, accept deposits, or execute withdrawals. All monetary transactions related to gambling take place exclusively between you and the chosen Third-Party Casino. We do not hold player funds, and we provide only informational overviews of payment methods where relevant.

Deposit and Withdrawal Methods

  • Typical methods (Third-Party Casinos): Third-Party Casinos referred to on the Site may offer a range of methods, including:
    • Credit and debit cards;
    • E-wallets (e.g., Skrill, Neteller, ecoPayz), where available;
    • Bank transfers;
    • Cryptocurrencies (where permitted by the casino and local law).
  • Availability for Australians: Due to AU banking and regulatory settings, certain payment methods may be restricted or result in declined transactions when attempted with offshore gambling operators, including "Raging Bull" sites. You are responsible for checking the legality and possible fees.

Limits, Fees and Processing Times

  • Deposit/withdrawal limits: Minimum and maximum transaction amounts are set by the Third-Party Casino and/or payment provider.
  • Processing times: Withdrawal processing times vary and may be extended by:
    • KYC checks and source-of-funds reviews;
    • Weekend/holiday delays;
    • Operational, banking, or technical issues at the Third-Party Casino or payment provider.
  • Fees: Third-Party Casinos or payment providers may charge fees (e.g., for international transactions, currency conversion, or withdrawals). Such fees are outside our control.
  • High-risk note: Based on available public information, Raging Bull and related brands are operated by an offshore private entity (Ace Revenue Group / Virtual Casino Group) with no verifiable tier-1 licence and no public financial transparency. Player funds should be considered high risk due to the absence of confirmed segregated accounts or liquidity safeguards.

Refunds, Chargebacks and Bonus-Related Adjustments

  • No handling by Site: We do not handle or process refunds, chargebacks, or reversals of transactions made with Third-Party Casinos.
  • Casino policies: Any request for:
    • Refund of a mistaken deposit;
    • Cancellation of a pending withdrawal;
    • Adjustment of Bonus-related funds;
    must be directed to the relevant Third-Party Casino and will be handled as per its own policies.
  • Chargebacks: Initiating banking or card chargebacks may result in closure of your casino account and confiscation of funds by the Third-Party Casino.

Limitation of Liability

Because the Site functions solely as an informational review resource and not as a gambling operator, our liability is significantly limited to the scope of content provision.

Operator Obligations

  • Reasonable care: We use reasonable efforts to:
    • Provide accurate, up-to-date reviews and information about Third-Party Casinos, including Raging Bull branded sites;
    • Highlight, where known, regulatory developments such as ACMA blocking orders or reports from AU agencies on offshore gambling risks;
    • Correct or update errors that are brought to our attention in a reasonable timeframe.
  • No guarantee of completeness: The online gambling market changes frequently. We cannot guarantee that:
    • All information is complete, accurate, or current at all times; or
    • All mirror domains, blocking orders, or licence statuses are fully captured on the Site.

Exclusions of Liability

  • No liability for gambling services: To the maximum extent permitted by AU law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising out of or related to:
    • Your registration with, or use of, any Third-Party Casino;
    • Any Bet, Wager, or gambling outcome, including game fairness, RNG operation, or payout errors;
    • Delays, non-payment, or confiscation of funds by Third-Party Casinos;
    • Any act or omission of Ace Revenue Group / Virtual Casino Group or any related operator.
  • Technical failures: We are not responsible for:
    • Network failures, connectivity problems, or browser issues affecting your access to the Site or Third-Party Casinos;
    • Viruses, malware, or other harmful components, provided we have used reasonable security measures;
    • Temporary unavailability of the Site due to maintenance or technical problems.
  • Regulatory actions and blocking: We are not liable for any consequences of regulatory actions, including ACMA blocking of Raging Bull or related domains, or changes to AU Law affecting your access to offshore gambling services.

Maximum Liability

  • Cap on damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site (whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise) is limited to the greater of:
    • AU$100; or
    • The total amount, if any, actually paid by you (excluding any gambling losses) directly to us for premium Site services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  • Exclusion of indirect losses: We will not be liable for:
    • Loss of profits, gaming stakes, or winnings;
    • Loss of data, goodwill, or reputation;
    • Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Regional Compliance Note (AU): Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other non-excludable provisions of AU Law. Our liability is limited to the minimum extent required by such laws.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of Site Content

  • Protected materials: All Content on the Site, including text, reviews, ratings, graphics, logos (other than third-party logos), layout, and underlying code, is owned by or licensed to the Operator and is protected by copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property laws.
  • Third-party marks: All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos of Third-Party Casinos (including "Raging Bull" and any related branding) remain the property of their respective owners. Our use of such marks is for descriptive and nominative purposes only and does not imply endorsement or affiliation beyond review and information use.

Permitted and Prohibited Uses

  • Permitted use: You may:
    • Access and view the Site for your personal, non-commercial use;
    • Print or download reasonable extracts of Content solely for personal reference, provided you retain all copyright notices and do not modify the material.
  • Prohibited use: You must not, without our prior written consent:
    • Copy, reproduce, republish, redistribute, or exploit any part of the Site for commercial purposes;
    • Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Site (including for bonus or offer aggregation services);
    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any software or code used in relation to the Site (other than where permitted by non-excludable law);
    • Use our Content in a way that suggests any partnership, endorsement, or affiliation with any Third-Party Casino.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose your personal information, including any email addresses or technical identifiers (such as cookies and IP addresses). By using the Site, you acknowledge that all personal data provided to us will be processed in accordance with that Privacy Policy.

We aim to align our data handling with applicable AU privacy principles and any other laws that may apply, while recognising that the Operator is an offshore entity. You should carefully review the Privacy Policy before providing personal information or subscribing to any communications.

Changes to Terms

Right to Amend

  • Updates: We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect:
    • Changes in AU Law or other applicable regulations (for example, amendments to the IGA or new ACMA guidance);
    • Changes in our operations, Content, or services; or
    • Security, technical, or editorial improvements.
  • Effective date: The "effective date" at the top of these Terms will be updated to indicate the date from which changes apply. We aim to keep these Terms aligned with legal and market developments at least through 2026, subject to ongoing updates.

User Notification and Acceptance

  • Notification methods: We may notify you of material changes by one or more of the following:
    • Posting the updated Terms on the Site;
    • Displaying a prominent banner or pop-up notice on the Site;
    • Sending an email to the address associated with your Site account or newsletter subscription, where applicable.
  • Continued use: Your continued access to or use of the Site after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
  • If you disagree: If you do not agree with any changes, you must:
    • Immediately cease using the Site; and
    • Unsubscribe from any newsletters or communications, where relevant.

Termination & Suspension

Our Rights

  • Termination or suspension: We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate:
    • Your access to the Site; and/or
    • Any optional Site account or communication features linked to your email address,
    if we reasonably believe that you have:
    • Breached these Terms or our Privacy Policy;
    • Used the Site in connection with illegal activities, including promotion of illegal offshore gambling to Australians;
    • Engaged in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful conduct (e.g., spam, scraping, or posting unlawful content).
  • Modification or discontinuation: We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, including removal of reviews or offers for specific Third-Party Casinos.

Consequences of Termination

  • Access cessation: Upon termination, your right to use the Site and any optional account features shall immediately cease.
  • Survival of terms: Provisions which by their nature should survive termination (including, without limitation, intellectual property rights, limitations of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.
  • No funds held: As we do not hold player balances or process payments, termination of your Site access does not affect any funds you may have with Third-Party Casinos. You must liaise directly with those casinos regarding your accounts and balances.

User-Initiated Termination

  • Account closure: If you have an optional Site account, you may request its closure by contacting [email protected]. We will act on such requests within a reasonable period.
  • Unsubscribe: You may opt out of newsletters or marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us directly.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Applicable Law

  • Choice of law: To the extent permitted by conflict-of-laws principles, these Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of the Site are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and by applicable Commonwealth legislation (including the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth) and the Australian Consumer Law), without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
  • Regulatory overlay: You acknowledge that ACMA and other AU regulators may take action against illegal offshore gambling services, including Raging Bull branded domains, and that such actions may affect your ability to access those services regardless of any terms chosen by the underlying operators (e.g., any unverified Curacao licence claims).

Dispute Resolution

  • Informal resolution: If you have any issue or complaint in relation to the Site (not a Third-Party Casino), you should first contact us at [email protected] with a detailed description. We will attempt to resolve the matter informally within a reasonable period.
  • Court jurisdiction: Subject to any mandatory statutory rights you may have, the courts of New South Wales, Australia shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site.
  • Third-party casino disputes: Any dispute relating to your use of a Third-Party Casino (including Raging Bull branded sites, payment disputes, or game outcomes) must be pursued directly with that casino and/or its purported licensing or regulatory authority (for example, any claimed Curacao authority), and not with the Operator of this Site.

Contact Information

If you have questions about these Terms, the Site, or wish to exercise any rights relating to your personal information or Site account, you may contact us using the following details:

  • Email (primary contact): [email protected] (general enquiries, legal and compliance correspondence). This is the critically important main email assigned for the Raging Bull project.
  • Website:
    • https://ragingbull-aussie.com - current AU-focused review Site
    • https://ragingbullslots.com - primary casino domain (offshore, often blocked in AU; not operated by us)
    • https://ragingbull2.com - mirror domain (not operated by us)
    • https://ragingbull3.com - mirror domain (not operated by us)
    • https://fastragingbull.com - mirror domain (not operated by us)
  • Phone: Not specified.
  • Mailing / Legal Address: Not specified. The Operator is an offshore private entity associated with Ace Revenue Group / Virtual Casino Group; no verified Australian office address is available as at 2026.

Because the Operator is an offshore entity and the Site is an informational resource, you should not send any payment details, KYC documents, or sensitive gambling account information to us. All such matters must be handled directly with the relevant Third-Party Casino, at your own risk and in accordance with applicable AU Law.
